Master Development Plan

Phase 1 · Land & Infrastructure

The Land has been generously donated. We will be working on infrastructure this fall. 10 acres at 7030 Highway 2 East Columbia Falls, MT

Phase 2 · Campus Growth for 16 Students

$500,000 is needed to build two dorms accommodating 16 Students.

Phase 3 · Campus Growth for 32 Students

An additional $1,300,000 is needed to build a 32 Student Facility which will include: 

  • Two Additional Student Dorms

  • Staff Housing (3 Units)

  • Barn and Storage Building

  • Professor Cabin

  • Main Lodge that includes a Classroom, Dining & Kitchen
